Nick Ellis

Hi, my name is Nick Ellis. I am a Benchmark Mortgage Advisor & Branch Manager with over fifteen years of experience. As a Mortgage Planner with a “client for life” strategy, I strive to deliver EXCELLENCE to my clients, and am a consistent top producer.

I attribute part of my success to surrounding myself with the most talented professionals in this field. My team and I, from our in-house underwriter, to our funding division, understand that this is personal to your family. My staff boasts an average tenure of nine years, and together we are committed to making raving fans. Teamwork and culture are the synergy that fuels our established process.

I grew up in Louisville, KY, and attended the University of Louisville College of Business where I majored in Finance and Accounting. In 2007, I became the first Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC) and Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) in Kentucky. I am currently one of only two in the entire state. I serve on the Certification Committee for NAMB, and I previously served on the Executive Board as the Secretary of Kentucky Association of Mortgage Professionals. An active life keeps me busy, with philanthropy for Veterans, keeping up with my nieces & nephew, and volunteering for key organizations.
